These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, payments, and participation in fishing charters, lake tours, cruises, and training services provided by Reel Raw Adventures (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a trip with Reel Raw Adventures, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.

Reservations & Deposits

• A deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.

• Deposits are non-refundable within 12 hours of the scheduled trip. If you cancel within this time period, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Cancellations made outside the 12-hour window may be rescheduled or applied to a future trip at our discretion.
   

Catch Disclaimer

• Fishing involves variables outside of our control, including weather, water conditions, and fish behavior.

• While our captains and crew will make every reasonable effort to put you on fish, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will catch fish.

• No refunds or discounts will be issued based on the number, size, or type of fish caught.
   

Equipment Use & Responsibility

• All rods, reels, tackle, and boat equipment provided remain the property of Reel Raw Adventures.

• Customers are expected to handle equipment responsibly and follow the captain’s instructions at all times.

• If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged due to negligence or misuse, the Customer’s deposit will be forfeited and additional replacement costs may be charged.
   

Safety & Conduct

• Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

• Life jackets will be provided and must be worn upon request or in hazardous conditions.

• Alcohol is permitted on certain trips (such as Booze Cruises), but excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or refusal to follow crew instructions may result in termination of the trip without refund.

• Illegal drugs, weapons, or unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.
   

Weather & Cancellations by Company

• Trips may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled by Reel Raw Adventures due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• In the event that we cancel a trip, deposits will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.
   

Liability Waiver

• By participating in any trip, you acknowledge that boating and fishing carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, accidents, or property damage.

• Customers agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Reel Raw Adventures, its captains, crew, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in a trip, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
   

Agreement

By booking and paying for a trip with Reel Raw Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
